What do you charge for electric?
Answer: Each lot is metered for electric. We read the meters on or about the 26th of the month. The kilowatts used are billed at the rate of 16 cents each.
Are pets allowed?
Answer: we would prefer one small pet be allowed. You must keep them on a leash when they are being walked. They are not to be "walked" within your neighbors yard and you must pick up after them and properly dispose of same. There is a charge of $5.00 per month for each dog you have.
Are you modem friendly?
Answer: We have a place in the Pavilion where you can use our computer to access the internet, if you do not have a computer. And of course now we have FREE Wi Fi at your space for your convenience
How do I get to your Park?
Answer:If you are coming from the East, take the Inspiration Road exit off the Expressway and turn left.That is Bus 83.Get in left lane. At the first traffic light(less than a block) turn left onto Inspiration Rd. Go straight south approximately 1 mile to park.
If you are coming from the west, take the Inspiration road exit, At the stop sign, there will be an Exonn station on the right. Go straight across and proceed about 1 mile south to "Seven Oaks" and come on in!!! .
