This was our first year in the Rio Grande Valley. We spent many months looking on the internet for Resorts. We narrowed it down to five parks, with Seven Oaks always at the top. We decided to book here for two weeks and looked around at the other parks. Needless to say we have stayed at the "Oaks" the entire time. After driving thru and by many other parks, this one is the park we liked the best. The lot size was a huge factor in our choice. We have enjoyed the time we have been here and have booked for a longer time next year. We highly recommend this Park.

We came to Seven Oaks Resort seven years ago and liked it so much, we have made it our year around home. You can play golf, swim, play tennis, go to Mexico, or just do nothing. There are many Park Activities. The cost of living is quite inexpensive.

The size of the Park is just right...not too big or too small. Activities are available for anyone who wants to take part...cards, bingo, golf, potluck, swimming, entertainment, etc. Seven Oaks is not as active as some parks, but we like it that way! We have owner/managers who take an interest in the Park.

We traveled full time for about 3 years when we found Seven Oaks Resort in Mission, Texas. It was just what we were looking for. A friendly Resort that is well maintained. There is certainly all of the activities you would want, consisting of Bingo, Pot Lucks, Cards, a great Book Exchange Library, Happy Hours (if you wish to attend), a nice Pavilion and a great Kitchen. The Pavilion is available for private use, if no other activity is planned. A 18 hole golf course is adjacent to the Park and has very reasonable green fees. The people are very friendly and the owners are friendly, cooperative and always willing to help you in any way possible.
